Information about our shipping rates, methods, and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
3. Local Delivery & Pickup
If you are located near our wellness center, we may offer local delivery or in-store pickup options. These options will be presented at checkout if applicable to your zip code.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the country. We do not offer international shipping for physical products. Digital courses, however, are accessible worldwide.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Damages or Lost Packages
Aayurawell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
